KETHRIN Part Two

After clearing some fire, Maria was shocked to see what had actually crashed into her backyard: It was an object, some sort of vessel. She continued to clear the flames and suddenly the object started to hover off the ground on it's own. 

 Suddenly, there was a bright green flash, and just as soon as it had arrived...

...the object was gone. 

Maria was left in wonderment. There was an actual alien spaceship that landed in her backyard, and she must have done something to repair it or allow it to take off. At first she thought she was dreaming, but after a few moments, she pinched herself and realized it was all real. Maria was about to turn around, call her friends Elliot and Mei and tell them about the encounter, but when she turned around she stopped dead...

It seems the ship wasn't empty when it crashed.... 

 

Maria was at a loss for words. She had no idea what to say, think, and she had temporarily lost the ability to breathe. Sitting in front of her, mere feet away, was a girl with green skin. It seemed apparent enough to Maria that the girl had come from the spaceship, and there was little else to do but see if she had any kind of injuries from the crash. 

 

The girl seemed to be in great health, as far as Maria could tell. Of course, she had no knowledge of alien biology to speak of, and didn't think any xeno-biologist was awake at this time of night... or even existed. Maria only had one thing to do... she had to take the girl to her friends Mei and Elliot's house.
